By purchasing a Beef Australia Ltd financial membership, you hereby understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Beef Australia Ltd financial membership is subject to receipt of completed membership application, full payment of the membership fee and approval of the Beef Australia Ltd Board of Directors.
2. Beef Australia Ltd financial membership is current from the date of payment to 30 June 2026. Financial membership runs in three year cycles to align with the triennial cycle of the Beef Australia Exposition.
3. A ten day cooling off period applies to new Beef Australia Ltd financial memberships. Memberships are non-refundable after the cooling off period.
4. An individual membership consists of a single person.  A family membership consists of two adults and two children under 18 years from the same family.  A corporate membership consists of a single entity with up to 4 representatives.  
5. Each family and corporate membership must nominate a primary contact who will act as the membership’s delegate and hold the rights and responsibilities of the financial membership as described in the Constitution.
6. Beef Australia Ltd financial members may at any time cancel their membership by providing written notice to Beef Australia. Cancelling Beef Australia Ltd financial membership will terminate all entitlements to benefits and rights and responsibilities as described in the Constitution. As per clause 3, membership fees are non-refundable.
7. Any Beef Australia Ltd financial membership which remains unpaid for one month after the renewal date will cease to be a member of Beef Australia Ltd and will not be entitled to any financial membership benefits or entitlements.
8. Beef Australia reserves the right to terminate a Beef Australia Ltd financial member’s membership if they are found to have breached the terms and conditions of the Beef Australia Ltd financial membership.
9. Beef Australia members are required to inform Beef Australia of any changes to their details at the earliest opportunity.
10. Beef Australia reserves the right to use all images and/or footage captured during activities associated with Beef Australia 2024 and affiliated functions and events.
11. No Liability. Under no circumstances shall Beef Australia, its affiliates and agents, or the Board incur liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages (including lost profits) of any form incurred by any person, whether or not foreseeable and regardless of the form of the act in which such a claim may be brought, with respect to the membership or the Company’s, its affiliates’ and agents’ or the Board’s roles in connection with the financial membership.
12. Unless otherwise stated, Beef Australia financial member discounts and benefits are not applicable to any other offers and are only available to current, paid registered members of Beef Australia Ltd.
13. Beef Australia Ltd financial member benefits are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other Beef Australia offers and/or benefits.
14. Beef Australia reserves the right to change, amend, transfer or substitute any Beef Australia Ltd financial membership benefit with a benefit/service/merchandise of a similar value at any time.
15. Our Beef Australia Ltd financial member’s privacy is important to us. Personal information that we collect is used for the purpose of providing Beef Australia Ltd financial members with information about the range of membership services and benefits available. Beef Australia may also use financial member’s personal information to keep them informed of the events and activities which may be of interest to them and to provide them with promotional and marketing material about Beef Australia’s products and services.
16. To provide the range of Beef Australia Ltd financial membership services, entitlements and benefits available, we may provide your details and information to our related entities and pre-selected service providers. By applying for Beef Australia Ltd financial membership, you consent to this sharing of information.
